David Scharberg is President of Pharmaceutical Outsource Solutions, Inc. Pharmaceutical Outsource Solutions, Inc. supports the biotech and pharmaceutical industry by identifying, setting up, and managing outsourced analytical services. David has experience setting up and managing a wide variety of analytical work from investigational/problem solving to GLP-compliant bioanalysis and cGMP-compliant stability testing support and raw materials testing. He has a long history as a hands-on instrumental analytical chemist and familiarity with the technical side of testing and its related issues. He also has successfully set up and managed programs that conform to and meet the project management needs of his pharmaceutical clients. David has worked with and is familiar with hundreds of contract research and service organizations and is adept at targeting the client's analytical need to the appropriate contract service provider.
