Service provider identification
Based upon the unique requirements of the sponsor's projects
we will identify one or more potential contract laboratories capable of performing
the service.
Deliverable: Laboratory selection matrix
Testing set up
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be assembled and sent
out to the potential service providers. Based upon the returned proposals a
services agreement will be negotiated covering all relevant technical, compliance,
and contractual requirements.
Deliverable: Signed service agreement with service
provider
Testing initiation
Any method transfer or validation/verification will be
facilitated and performed in a technically and compliant manner.
Deliverable: Method transfer or method validation/verification
report
Testing management
Your project will be actively managed by Pharmaceutical Outsource Solutions, using e-mail, conference calls, and, if necessary, meetings.
